Township Office.
Any proposed
changes to the Constitution and or By-Laws must be into the secretary by
March 31st for consideration for the AGM. Proposed changes will be posted
on the web-site prior to the AGM.
Please take a
couple of minutes to read the new By-Laws that were enacted as of December
of 2009. These By-Laws will have to be voted on and accepted by the
membership at the AGM as a whole
prior to any proposed changes to it. If they are not accepted as printed
the previous by-laws will be reinstated in its place.
